New teak deck fabrication
A new teak deck begins with accurate geometry and a technically coherent plank layout. Following the survey, we define the margins, king plank, plank direction, seam alignment, removable elements and interfaces with deck equipment. The teak is then selected, machined and prefabricated before controlled installation on board.

Teak passerelles & LED integration
We design and fabricate bespoke solid teak walking surfaces for new or existing yacht passerelles and integrate flush LED lighting where the structure and electrical configuration allow. Particular attention is given to drainage, cable routing, removable access points, alignment and final surface finish.

Renovation & replacement
Full deck replacement should only be recommended after the remaining teak thickness, seam condition, local adhesion and accessible substrate areas have been assessed. Where replacement is necessary, the existing deck is removed carefully, the substrate is inspected and repaired where required, and the new deck is engineered and installed as a complete system. Where technically justified, local repairs are carried out without disturbing sound surrounding areas.

Precision teak sanding & restoration
Sanding cannot be assessed only by appearance. Every unnecessary removal of sound timber shortens the remaining service life of the deck. Before starting, we inspect the remaining thickness, fastenings where present, caulking depth, local deformation and previous repairs. The sanding sequence is then adjusted to restore an even surface while removing the minimum amount of sound teak.

Technical deck survey & diagnosis
Open seams, local lifting, uneven wear or suspected water ingress should be investigated before any repair programme is approved. We inspect the accessible deck system, record visible defects and identify the most probable causes based on the available evidence. The objective is to distinguish cosmetic ageing from failures affecting adhesion, caulking, substrate integrity or remaining service life.
