New teak decks · Refit · Repair · Restoration

Crafting the world's finest teak decks.

We design, engineer, manufacture and install bespoke solid teak decks for yachts and shipyards, on new builds and refits alike. Each deck is templated to the individual vessel and prefabricated in the workshop before it reaches the quay. Based on the Côte d'Azur, working throughout the Mediterranean and internationally on selected projects.

Teak sanding

Restore the surface. Preserve the deck.

UV exposure and salt naturally oxidise the surface of teak. Precision sanding removes only the weathered fibres, restores an even surface and reveals the sound timber beneath. Before any intervention, we assess the remaining thickness, seam condition and previous sanding history to avoid unnecessarily shortening the life of the deck.

Refit planning

Plan the deck around the yacht.

When the project configuration allows it, we survey and template the yacht before the season, prefabricate the deck in the workshop while the vessel remains operational, and schedule installation within the agreed refit window. This approach reduces time on board, limits disruption and gives the captain and shipyard greater control over the programme.

01 Step 01 · First contact

Remote review

Photographs, vessel details, deck history and target schedule are reviewed to qualify the project and identify the right next step.

02 Step 02 · Pre-season

Survey & templating

Digital or physical templating on board, in port or at the shipyard. Deck geometry, condition, equipment interfaces and layout constraints are recorded.

03 Step 03 · Definition

Technical definition & quotation

Materials, installation system, plank layout, execution sequence and provisional programme are defined and priced on a clear technical basis.

04 Step 04 · Procurement

Timber selection

Straight-grained, quarter-sawn teak is selected and reserved through documented professional supply chains for the specific project.

05 Step 05 · Season

Workshop prefabrication

Where the project allows it, the deck elements are machined and assembled in the workshop while the yacht remains operational.

06 Step 06 · Refit window

Installation at the shipyard

Prefabricated elements are bonded, caulked and finish-sanded in coordination with the shipyard and the other refit trades.

07 Step 07 · Delivery

Handover & care

Final inspection with the captain, owner's representative or shipyard, completion of agreed corrections and delivery of deck-care recommendations.

Why owners trust us

Specialist expertise. Clear responsibility. Controlled execution.

Teak specialists

We focus exclusively on solid teak decking, restoration and associated bespoke elements. The material is not one activity among many: it is our core discipline.

One accountable partner

One identified project lead coordinates the survey, technical definition, workshop preparation, installation interfaces and handover.

Built around the refit

Our work is planned around the yacht, the shipyard programme and the other trades to reduce interference and maintain control of the agreed delivery window.

Assessment before intervention

We assess before recommending. A deck that can be repaired should not be replaced, and a deck that cannot safely be sanded should not be sanded.

Resolved before it is cut

Deck geometry, plank layout, margins and equipment interfaces are defined and validated before any timber is cut. What arrives at the quay has already been settled on the drawing and in the workshop.
