Personal data (GDPR)
The data collected via the quote form (name, company, email, phone, project details) is processed by BLITZ DEVELOPMENT SRL as data controller, for the sole purpose of answering your request and following up on it commercially. It is not transferred to any third party and is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Recipients and processors
Data is accessible only to the persons in charge of handling your request within BLITZ DEVELOPMENT SRL. Technical processor: OVH SAS (hosting and email routing), located in France, bound by GDPR-compliant contractual guarantees. No data is sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes. Any international data transfers made by the technical services used by the site are governed by the safeguards required under applicable data-protection law.
Security and retention
The site is served over HTTPS and the form includes protection against automated abuse. Quote data is kept for the time needed to handle the request, then for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact for commercial follow-up, after which it is deleted. Accounting documents linked to a signed project are kept for the statutory 10-year period.

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to limit or object to its processing.
